We build AI products
that actually work.

We're a small Toronto studio. We help companies turn messy operational problems into software that ships, runs, and gets used.

Five companies have shipped real products with us.

What we do

Four ways we work together.

Every project ends with software you own. No strategy decks, no PowerPoints, no "transformation roadmaps."

Voice & Chat Agents

Voice or chat agents that take customer calls, route orders, or handle support without anyone picking up the phone.

  • Problem discovery and scoping workshop
  • Agent design, training, and integration
  • Production deployment + monitoring
  • Runbook and handoff documentation
Prediction Models

Models that flag problems before they happen. At-risk customers, demand spikes, equipment failures, churn. Whatever you need to see early.

  • Data audit and feature engineering
  • Model selection, training, and validation
  • API or dashboard delivery
  • Ongoing model monitoring and retraining
Legacy Rebuilds

Old systems rebuilt as something your team can actually use, document, and maintain. We figure out how things really work, then make them work better.

  • Process mining and documentation
  • Structured operational model design
  • Automation layer on top of new model
  • Staff training and transition support
Product Sprints

Four to eight weeks from idea to a live product. For teams who need to move now and don't want to hire engineers for a one-off build.

  • Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price
  • Weekly demos throughout the sprint
  • Full source code ownership at handoff
  • 30-day post-launch support included
How we work

How a project actually goes.

No six-month discovery phases. Here's what the timeline looks like from your first email to the day we hand you the keys.

Step 01
Discover

First week: we sit with your team and learn how things actually work, not how the org chart says they do.

~1 week
Step 02
Design

We figure out exactly where software helps, and where it doesn't. Then we sketch the smallest version worth building.

~1–2 weeks
Step 03
Build & test

Weekly demos. You see real working software every Friday, not a slide deck at the end of the project.

4–6 weeks
Step 04
Ship & hand off

We push it live, give you the code, write the runbook, and stay on for 30 days while your team takes over.

~1 week + 30d support
Case studies

A few things we've built.

01 / 03
Autonomous AgentTelephony
ButcherConnect

A family-run butcher shop was losing half an hour of staff time every day answering order calls. During the lunch rush, calls just went unanswered. We built a phone agent that takes the order, checks stock, and books a pickup time without anyone behind the counter touching the phone.

94%
Calls fully resolved by the agent. No human required
34s
Average call handle time, down from 4+ minutes
↓ 80%
Reduction in staff interruptions during service hours
02 / 03
Predictive MLSocial Impact
HomeSafe

A Toronto housing non-profit only found out about families at risk of eviction after the notices had already been served. We built a tool that flags at-risk households weeks earlier, using rental records and local data the team already had on hand.

3 wks
Avg. early warning lead time before eviction notice
87%
Model precision on held-out validation data
03 / 03
Recommendation EngineFintech
Crypto Discovery Engine

A crypto app was showing every user the same thing, regardless of what they actually wanted to buy. We built the recommendation layer that personalized it. Engagement more than doubled in the first month.

2.4×
Increase in engagement with recommended assets
↓ 31%
30-day churn rate after personalization launch
About us

What we actually do.

Most AI projects don't ship. They get stuck in slide decks. Or they ship and nobody uses them.

We're a small team that knows how to take a real problem and build software that runs in production and gets used by the people it was built for. That's it. No giant agency, no half-year discovery phase.

Small is better
We build the smallest thing that works, then add to it. Most projects fail because they try to do everything at once.
Boring is fine
A boring model that works beats a clever one that doesn't. We'll always pick the boring option.
We'll tell you no
If a spreadsheet would solve your problem, we'll tell you. We'd rather not take a project than sell you something you don't need.

Six to ten weeks for most projects. Sprints are fixed at four to eight. The first two weeks are discovery and design, the next four to six are build, and we stick around for 30 days after launch.
Sprints start at $15,000 CAD. Bigger projects scale from there. Everything is fixed-price, no hourly billing. You'll know the number before we start, and it won't change halfway through.
No. Most clients don't. We've built things on top of spreadsheets, ancient databases, and once a literal stack of paper invoices. As long as you have something, we can work with it.
You do. Source code, model weights, docs. All yours when we're done. You can take it anywhere or hire any other team to maintain it. We don't lock anyone in.
Yes, and we prefer it. The projects that succeed long-term are the ones where your team is involved from week one. We'll pair with your engineers and document things the way they want them documented.
Both. We've worked with single-owner businesses, non-profits, and Series B startups. The only thing they had in common was a real problem they wanted solved.
